Te Awa Mall, part of "The Base" retail and commercial precinct in Hamilton New Zealand. Fusion was contracted to pull a full Design and Build solution for the entire mall. This included 90 tenancies (including fitout), Hoyts including 6 cinemas with 1400 person capacity, full size Farmers department store and underground carpark for 1600 vehicles.
